The LUIGANS Spa & Resort is the venue for The 3rd AOSWA Workshop

A 30-minutes car ride from the center of Fukuoka, The LUIGANS Spa & Resort is lying in the middle of "Uminonakamichi Seaside Park" along the coast of Shikanoshima Island. TheRuigans Spa & Resort is the Japan's solo resort located in a goverment-management park. Enjoy a stunning blue of the cobalt blue ocean on Japan's largest grass garden.

Also various sightseeing spots and activities are available around the "Uminonakamichi Seaside Park".
You can enjoy plenty of atitivities, such as dlophin show takes place at the aquarium ,a botanical garden and sports. The Shikanoshima island, known as the land where National Treasure "Kinin" was discovered, is a favorite for history lovers. It's a luxuary resort bsorbed in greenery, the ocean, and the sky.

General Traffic

Train: Approximately 1 hour from Fukuoka　Airport　through JR Hakata Station
Take City Subway Line at Fukuoka Airport Station and head to Hakata Station. Transfer to the JR Kagoshima Main Line for Kashii Station. Transfer to the JR Kashiisen Line and exit at Uminonakamichi Station. 3 minutes on foot.
Shuttle Bus by the LUIGANS : Approximately 40 minutes from JR Hakata Station
